The Financial markets are considered as one of the boost the économic growthe. In this context, various studies had demonstrated that the impart of these marketes on the economic activity is positive for thir capacity in financing the economy , pooling savings and expanding the investments scope. This picture is not clearly argued in the gulf countries as the lack of efficiency of these marketes hurts negatively their contribution in the economic development.
