المقاصد الجزئية

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة المقاصد الجزئية في أحكام الأسرة ، وقد قسمنا هذا البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة ففي التمهيدي مهدنا له ببيان مفهوم المقاصد عند كل من المتقدمين والمعاصرين ثم تطرقنا إلى مفهوم أحكام الأسرة، وفي المبحث الأول جعلناه لتعريف المقاصد الجزئية وبيان مدى حجيتها وضوابطها وأهم الآثار لضبط هذا المقصد، والمبحث الثاني والأخير جعلناه لتوضيح الحكمة أو المقصد الجزئي لأحكام الأسرة من بينها الزواج والطلاق والحقوق الزوجية وحقوق الأولاد وختمنا هذا البحث بخاتمة بينا فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا إليها.ونسأل الله عز وجل أن يوفقنا إلى ما يحبه ويرضاه ونتمنى أن يستفيد منها كل من يطلع عليها

This study aims to study the partial purposes in the provisions of the family. We divided this research into an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the preliminary, we gave the concept of the purposes in both the applicants and the contemporaries, and then we discussed the concept of family rulings. And the most important effects to control this destination, and the second and final topic, we made it to clarify the wisdom or partial purpose of the provisions of the family, including marriage, divorce, marital rights and children's rights and concluded this research by concluding the most important findings and recommendations that we have reached. And we hope that everyone who knows it will benefit from it
