دور رأس المال الفكري في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه رأس المال الفكري في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات، وتم اختبارها باستخدام استبيان وزع على عينة الدراسة، وتم تفريغ إجاباتها في برنامج SPSS باستخدام أسلوب لكارت الخماسي، وبعد تحليلها توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: أن رأس المال الفكري يؤثر على جودة التعليم العالي، وتوصي الدراسة بربط تخصصات الجامعة بسوق العمل.
